My stay at Luxury City Rooms In Leicester was an absolute nightmare. I booked a room and upon arrival, I was informed that my room was no longer available and they had swapped it with a different room. The room was dirty, with a bed that had no cover and a dirty bedspread on the floor. Despite my attempts to contact the owner for a refund or assistance, my messages were ignored. I had no choice but to book another room elsewhere. I highly advise avoiding this place.
